Anyone have any tips? Also, is there any site online that is free to help form your budget?

Microsoft has some spreadsheets that help with budgeting.

Take out a sheet of paper and write down what you spend each month. If you want a real picture, write down each day what you bought and how much it cost.
At the end of the month, add it all up and see where your money went. Then adjust how you want to spend your money to make sure you have some at the end of the month.
Excel or Google Docs works wonders for this as well.
