How To Get The Best …
How To Get The Best Deal
    Get prequalified for a mortgage.
Get your home listed with a real estate agent BEFORE you start making offers.
Figure out the pros and cons of buying distressed properties such as: Bank Owned Real Estate, Short Sales, Pre-Foreclosure Sales, Auctions, Rehabs, Fixer-Uppers, Etc.
Do your research BEFORE you start your serious house hunting.
Get a home inspector so that you can negotiate the price of the house based on the things that need to be fixed.

    If you dont have …
If you dont have the “extra expenditures” that means your living above your level. Example if you work at McDonalds then you shouldnt be driving a 2012 Charger on 22″ rims and living in a $500,000 house. So you F’d up time to move down from the east side deluxe apartment and back to the projects, or work on your resume and get a different or a 2nd Job. I should be able to put $2000 a month into savings with my current cash flow but unfortunately I like to waste money…..:(
