Where in the Constitution does Obama get the right to ask us to gather intelligence for him?

From the WhiteHouse.gov blog:
Opponents of health insurance reform may find the truth a little inconvenient, but as our second president famously said, "facts are stubborn things."

Scary chain emails and videos are starting to percolate on the internet, breathlessly claiming, for example, to "uncover" the truth about the President’s health insurance reform positions….

…There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.

I could say something immature like Flag this A** Hole., but I would be more straight forward with these people in the blog.

1. I know who they are, so they do not need to try and pretend to be just another face in the crowd.

2. People are going to FIND OUT the truth. Most people Already know how the Bullshit "Universal Health Care" is doing in EUROPE. People have to wait up to 5 months to see a Doctor because many Doctors fulfill their number of patients they must see in the beginning of the year so they can go on vacation the rest of the year. MEANWHILE, the middle of the year when people get sick, they have to be put on a Waiting list. Do Not try and tell me that’s not true, because they dam well know it IS TRUE.!

3. This facade will not last much longer. The people know.

Bush asked us to go shopping after 9/11. That also wasn’t in the constitution. A request is not a demand, dear.

Why is everything "the constitution" with you guys? Did it ever occur to you that sometimes we do things that are not in the constitution? I walked to the store today and got a drink, but it doesnt say anything about that in the constitution, so maybe I was wrong for doing this? The point of the constitution, is not to break the few rules and principles that are in it. It does not mean that we can do ONLY the things in the constitution and any proposals that are not in the constitution shouldn’t be allowed. As times change, so does society, and we will always have to implement new ideas and laws to keep up with the times and adapt to these changes. It says nothing in the constitution about drug laws, yet you guys didnt protest that when they decided to make it illegal to do drugs. Because times change, and drugs werent a problem then, which is why its not mentioned in the constitution. Theres only a few things in the constitution, they cant cover every single possible scenario. As long as our laws or actions dont break the principles in the constitution, its fair game, and thats called "progress".

Did you miss the part about "we’re asking for your help."
    Keyword: ASKING

Hes asking for your help, hes not demanding it or forcing it on you. He has the right to do that, wether the constitution mentions that right or not. But if you really want to dig into it, that would fall under freedom of speech, since anybody can ask anybody a question.

He can ask, freedom of speech, but he won’t be able to outspin the facts against his health care proposal that more Americans are becoming aware of. It seems the harder he pushes to ram government health care down our throats, the more his approval rating slips.

    Constitution says:

Most action comes from the people, not the government

Obama stands by the constitution on this issue. Do I even want to know whose side you are on?

    God just shut up
