Medical transcription is a good, legitimate way to make money at home but it requires training. If you decide do do the training which can be done by internet, be sure you select a training program that is affiliated with companies that actually hire their grads otherwise it is unlikely you will be able to get an at home job doing medical transcription.

If I were you I would join an "affiliate" program. Basically a company will pay you to market their websites. It would be a great way to make some extra cash on the side and you can work from home. It is usually free to sign up so it would be worth it just to test it out. I use http://www.bvmarketing.com and I have been making pretty good money thus far. Good luck!
