Trying to reclaim the upper hand on the message war, the White House is tacking the same tack with health care that it did with the rumors last year that President Obama was actually a Muslim: building them up to knock them down.
It’s a modern-day, Internet version of the old political maxim — celebrated in Chris Matthews’ original "Hardball" book — known as "hanging a lantern on your problem."

This is exactly what it did with the Muslim smear and other rumors (including the birth certificate) last year — created a website and e-mail address, its own Snopes, to highlight and then disprove that which was damaging its candidate.
This and every thing is now being brought out in the open the face of evil is now being exposed for every one to see,the political correct cons are now being exposed for the unamerican rude dogs they are.They started the political correct bull to chase, hide the rabid dog ,while using gestapo practices now obama put the bait out and they are biting .Traitors all ,they should be photoed an put on a web site listing traitor of a free society.

its not that the Demos are "fighting back" i expected that but for the US government to ask people to turn in private citizens that don’t agree is not the job of the White House its the job of the DNC or moveon.org. Its close to being illegal what that blog did

It’s an intimidation tactic. Only those who choose to stay blind can’t see the propaganda movement going on here. This is indeed how socialism starts. But if Obama wants our country, he’s obviously going to have to fight for it. So far the American people aren’t willing to just hand it to him.

it is unconstitutional.they are not allowed to store information on citizens.the problems that arise are that everything that comes to the white house is a matter of record.and this by law has to be stored.they could have avoided this like they did with the muslim deal by having the dnc do the investigating and not the government.this is a blatant abuse of government! deny all you want.and snopes has been debunked over 50 plus times.funny it is all over something from the democrats.they are not a reliable source.just like fact check has lost their truth.

WHAT exactly is it that people are supposed to report as "disinformation", since NOTHING has been signed into law yet? And how will any of them in government KNOW it is "disinformation" since, by their own admissions, they haven’t even READ any of the proposals yet??
It doesn’t matter why they want this information. The fact that the government is asking you, a private citizen to inform on other private citizens is going too damn far. If you cannot see that, YOU have a problem.
EDIT: And by the way… Snopes.com isn’t some inarguable truth website. It isn’t a team of researchers or professional fact-finders. It’s a husband and wife team who post things online and that’s ALL. Look it up.

OK! I do admit there ARE a lot of rumors about the healthcare saga and other stuff, not worth mentioning by name, but the Administration only has itself to blame! Obama and Co., have done nothing but talk about how great it would be if everyone in this country had healthcare! The only problem with that is, that’s ALL they say! the word Healthcare! SO! you guys in the crystal palace!!! Explain how much is this thing going to cost an individual to start with. NOW! let the public SEE and READ for themselves, what this Plan entails!!! OH! I forgot! you guys haven’t read it yet! Oops!! OK! so we move on a little, but keeping that fact in mind! There ARE people amongst us lowly American Citizens who DO have brains, we are not altogether stupid, but from YOUR actions and attitude towards us, you really don’t give a damn WHAT we think, you just want us to fold up like whipped puppies, and tell us, Bad doggies, go to your box and don’t come out until we tell you to! We will be chastized just so often, until we tired of it, and turn around and bite you!
If, just for once, you would right out and be honest with us, you might find you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar!! We, the People have enjoyed all the benefits which our Constitution states, and we will be damned if we are going to give that up now!!! Go fish!
