I want training in personal financial planning?

I want to understand the basics of financial planning so that i can manage my finances myself. Like how to mange tax. How to invest my money to get optimal returns. I do not have any exposure to finance anyways.

    You have made a good move by deciding to manage your finances yourself. It demands a lot of financial knowledge from your end. These are basic skills which you can easily learn. You just need the attitude for that. Though finance is vast, what you need for practical personal financial management is less. You can learn that easily, don not be shy to admit that you do not know how to calculate Simple Interest (if you really do not know), then you can start learning.
